¡Estamos a tan sólo 80 días del verano y empieza la cuenta atrás!. Nunca es demasiado pronto para preparase, así que aquí tenéis algunas ideas para empezar.

Dejando de lado las obviedades como pueden ser el protector solar o la toalla, empecemos preparando la piel unos meses antes...

We’re only about 80 days from summer and the countdown starts now!. It is never soon to start preparing ourselves, so that’s why we are giving you some ideas to start with. 

Leaving aside the obvious things we need for summer, let’s start talking about our skincare...

Puede que algunos ya lo sepáis, pero Kloé Kardashian combate las estrías con esta crema de Burt's Bees. Isdin también cuenta con cremas con buenas referencias. 

Mantén bien hidratada tu piel todo el año, hay muchos productos y uno de los que mejor fama tienen es esta crema de La mer.  Su precio es elevado pero si tienes oportunidad deberías probarla.

Si tu idea no es invertir tanto en tu piel, prueba la nueva mascarilla hidratante de Nivea y su crema anti polución, personalmente puedo decir que funciona.

Some of you might have heard about which cream does Kloé Kardashian use for stretch marks (Burt’s Bees cream). Isdin also has good products for them. 

It’s really important to hydrate our skin during all the year, there are many many products for this but the best one according to people is this La Mer cream. 

It has a high price but if you can you must try it. If you weren’t thinking about investing money in a cream, check out the new Nivea facemasks and it’s anti-pollution cream, I can personally say that it works. 

El pelo, ¿quién no teme las puntas abiertas?, hace un tiempo leí que Meghan Markle hacía uso de un aceite multiusos, Huile Secret Beauté, de Leonor Greyl. Sirve tanto para la piel como para el cabello.

Once we are at the beach, we can’t forget about our hair so it’s highly recommended to use specific products for this season of the year. If I would have to tell you as a friend any products, they would be Actyva’s solar line products such as The after-sun shampoo and the sun protection oil for hair and body. 

Use silicon-free shampoos (they hurt your scalp) and if they are purifying, better. (purifying Nivea shampoo). 

Una vez en la playa no podemos dejar de lado nuestro pelo así que usa los productos indicados para estas ocasiones. Si tuviese que recomendar alguno, sería la línea solar de Actyva, son productos de peluquería los cuales usé el verano pasado, más concretamente el champú después del sol y el aceite solar protector de cuerpo y cabello.  Usa champús que no lleven siliconas (dañan el cuero cabelludo) y si son purificantes, para el verano, mucho mejor. (Champú micelar purificante de Nivea)
